PickAtime was founded in 200 by John Taves, Mike Hayner, and Scott Addison. We have been adding features and improving the system since then. Our first customer, a flu shot provider, was using the system in 2001. Our first schools used the Parent Teacher Appointment system in 2002. We've been serving the automotive repair market since late 2001. Our corporate customers have been using the system since 2002.
The software is developed by Pacific Northwest Software. They provide contract software development and have a team of employees in Dnepropetrovsk Ukraine.
Our system is constantly evolving. If you have any needs that our system does not meet or if you think of a way we can improve it, please do not hesitate to tell us. We maintain a prioritized to-do list that is always changing. We will alter our priorities to meet a customer's needs.
