When prompted for Student Name please use First+Last Name.

When prompted for the Student Id use First+Last Name again.

ie: JohnSmith ( Capitalize the first letter of first and last name with no spaces, if you have a hyphenated name or multiple last names use the same process without any spaces.)

The name used for the appointments is the usual name of the studen with no spaces. If you have any problems please contact the school office at 250-658-5221 and press 3.
