The Care Van® program is a collaboration between the Caring Foundation of Texas and Community Partners throughout the state that is addressing the barriers that prevent families from securing preventive healthcare services.
In order for us to keep our families safe during this pandemic, we are now requiring appointments to our clinics. This will help us minimize the number of individuals inside the clinic setting. We appreciate your help in keeping everyone safe.
In addition to limiting the number of families inside a clinic at any time, we are also requiring families to follow the following new policies:
?Limiting the number of people who come to the appointment (only one adult and the child/children receiving the immunizations)
?Everyone in the clinic is required to clean their hands when arriving at the clinic and they will have their temperatures taken;
?And everyone is required to wear a mask while in the clinic.
