The Care Van® program is a collaboration between the Caring Foundation of Texas, Sanitas Medical Centers, and Community Partners throughout the state that is addressing the barriers that prevent families from securing preventive healthcare services.
During this COVID-19 pandemic time period, We have changed the way we approach everything we do and have implemented new health and safety protocols to protect our staff and the people we serve. Effective immediately until further notice for all clinics:- Appointments will be required to limit the number of people at the clinic at one time. Only the patient is allowed in the adminstration area.
- Please bring completed intake forms. They can be found here: https://carevan.org/covid-19-vaccine-patient-information//
- All clinic attendees will be required to bring and wear their own mask for the entire duration of their visit. Additionally, all attendees will have their temperatures checked and will go through a medical screening.
- Volunteers will be screened prior to the clinic and will adhere to increased cleaning measures throughout clinic hours.
- Please plan on waiting in the clinic for 30 minutes after your vaccination for reactions.
