Completing your Health Appraisal through Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Workforce Health is the first step towards increasing your personal health awareness.

This website allows you to schedule your 2024 On-site Health Appraisal appointment, Coaching Sessions, and more.
 
Health Appraisals will be offered in February and September. 
Coaching sessions will be available January through December with Coaches Joelle and Duane
Well Together- 4 week program will be offered in April and registration will begin March 11, 2024.
