You can still make conference appointments if you don't have an email address.
When the system prompts you for your email address simply type in: yourfirstname.yourlastname@fake.com.
Since this is not an actual email address, you will not get a confirmation or reminder, but your appointments will be entered into the system and you can print a schedule.
