You will need to login to schedule an appointment.


NEW VISITOR: Simply click "Login/Create Account" and answer the questions there.

ALREADY REGISTERED: Enter both your email and password and click "Login/Create Account".

Conferece sign-ups will close 24-hours prior to the conference date. If you miss  the sign-up window please email the teacher directly to schedule an appointment.



Instructions for Viewing Student Schedules in the HUB

In order to schedule conferences you will need to be familiar with your child’s schedule. Please follow these instructions to access the information in HUB:

  1. Log into Blackbaud HERE
  2. If you only have one student enrolled at Westover skip to step 4
  3. If you have multiple children enrolled at Westover, click the top left tab labeled “Children”, then select your student from the drop down menu
  4. Scroll down to the “Courses” section to view the Fall semester classes your child is enrolled in. Teacher information is located on the right side of page
  5. Continue scrolling down the page to view advisory, afternoon activities and athletics information
