Advisor & College Advisor Conference Scheduler
The scheduler will be available from 1pm ET on Tuesday, October 10, until 1pm ET on Monday, October 16.
We recommend you read the instructions for scheduling your conference (available on the Family Events webpage) prior to October 10 and gather the information you need to access the scheduler, so that you are prepared to book an appointment when it opens. Please note that the scheduler cannot be accessed before 1pm ET on October 10, and logging into pickAtime before then will prompt a message that will remind you that you are unable to access the scheduler until it opens.
After the October 16 deadline, advisors may accept on-site scheduling. Check their schedule posted at their assigned location on Friday and Saturday.

Please use or create YOUR login information here, you'll use your student login information on the next page.
If you are logging into pickAtime for the first time: Create an account with your email and a password of your choosing by clicking on the “Login/Create Account” button and answering the questions there.
If you used pickAtime last Family Weekend: Use your log in from last year’s event (your email & pickAtime password) and then click the "Login/Create Account" button. If you have forgotten your password, simply enter your email and select “Forgot Password;” you will receive a link in your email to reset your password (please check your spam folder).
Please record the day and time you scheduled your conference, as well as your password (in case you want to change your appointment later).
