The Online Scheduler for the ISAS Arts Festival is not available after Friday, April 1, 2011. To schedule or change your volunteer time(s) after this date,
please email isasvolunteercoordinator@comcast.net

Thank you for your involvement! Here are some of the details that were sent out in the email Reminders:

PARKING: A Volunteer Parking Permit has been emailed to all of those working on Thursday and/or Friday. Be sure to print it out on standard sized, WHITE paper
and have it visible on your dash. Use the entrance at Burlison and Wyoming Blvd. and proceed to any of the following dirt or gravel lots:
P3, P6A (gravel area only), P7, P7A, and P9.
You may also want to print the map on page two because it shows the location of these lots. From there, go to Simms Library (Building 10) to check-in.
Parking on the perimeter road is not permitted. (Parking permits are not required during set up on Wednesday and tear down on Saturday.)

START TIMES: Your scheduled time is when you need to be at your assigned station. On Thursday and Friday, please arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to that to
allow for parking, the walk to the library, the check-in process, and the walk to your station. On Wednesday and Saturday, 10 to 15 minutes should be sufficient.

CHECK-IN: You must check-in at the Volunteer Reception Desk in Simms Library to receive the location and details of your assignment, as well as your ISAS Arts Festival
name tag, which all volunteers are required to wear while on campus. (If you have signed up for consecutive work shifts, you will not need to check-in between the two.)
You will also receive a ISAS Arts Festival t-shirt the first time you check-in and we encourage you to wear that while on campus.
Please note that while we have assigned these jobs to accommodate the abilities of all our volunteers, we cannot anticipate every need.
If your assignment will create a physical hardship; please let us know right away.

FOOD: During the Arts Festival, all volunteers working two or more shifts per day will be provided a meal at the dining tent on that day. Concessions
will be available for purchase both Thursday and Friday from 9:30am to 9:00pm. Through out the Festival, a volunteer hospitality room will be available at
Simms Library, as well as two other small stations on campus, for light refreshments.

PREPARATION: Be sure to dress comfortably and in layers to be prepared for a variety of weather and activity levels.
Bring a water bottle, and if you'd like, a book or another quiet activity. Chairs will be provided for the more stationary tasks.
Please do not bring children or pets. If you will be staying on campus until dark, we recommend you bring a FLASHLIGHT to help you locate your parked car.

From Wednesday, April 6 to Saturday, April 9, the Festival Office will be available at 828-3100 for questions, but you will NOT be able to change assignments
over the phone. To make any changes to your volunteer schedule, you must email the Volunteer Coordinators at the email address below.

Again, thank you for your help,
