This online scheduler should be used to schedule
annual (repeat) fit tests of tight fitting N95 masks ONLY

o schedule a NEW fit test (never fit tested with IOH before)

CAPR/ PAPR respirator training, call Internal Occupational Health (IOH) to schedule.
Sign up for a N95 Respirator ANNUAL Fit Test by clicking

and follow the prompts. Schedule your test in or near your birth month.
Appointment times are firm.
If you come early or late for your appointment, you may have to wait or reschedule.
If you cannot make your appointment day/ time, please go back into pick-a-time to cancel/ reschedule.
*You must be clean-shaven where the mask touches your face in order to pass
