With our partners at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin Workforce Health, MATC will be conducting COVID-19 Screenings. 

This website allows you to schedule your 2021/2022 COVID-19 Screening appointment.

Asymptomatic Screening ONLY.

Symptomatic Screening is NOT provided at MATC.
Contact your Primary Care Provider if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

* Fever or chills    *Cough     *Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing 
   
*Fatigue     *Muscle or body aches     *Headache     *New loss of taste or smell

*Sore throat      *Congestion or runny nose     *Nausea or vomiting

*Diarrhea

Do not attend the asymptomatic screening at MATC if:
*You have tested positive for COVID-19 within last 5 days.

*You have been in close contact with some testing positive for COVID-19.

(Close contact is being within six feet of a known positive person for 15 min or longer in a 24 hour period)
