The pickAtime Parent Teacher Conference Scheduler - Simple PTA version is a new product designed for smaller schools. In this product the teachers that a particular student has a class with are not predetermined, and parents will view a list of ALL teachers at the school.

Our single/multiple event scheduling system is designed for our clients who would like to allow their customers to book appointments for a one time event. An event can occur across many days or weeks. Each event can be labeled with several different description strings, such as "Pittsford - Health Screening", or "Chicago - Wellness Check". If there is more than one choice available, the system lists the choices so the customer can choose which location is best for them.
One popular use is for corporations to supply flu shots or health tests (cholesterol, glucose, cardio) to their employees. If the corporation has many offices, the vendor will create an event for each location. The employee will go to the website, pick the location, select the time, and book the appointment.

Our periodic event scheduling system is for our clients that have an inventory of appointment times that repeat every week. The client sets up the weekly schedule, and the pickAtime system will produce that schedule each week for some number of weeks in the future. Of course, modifications to the schedule, for example for holidays, vacation days etc. can be made. You can show some or all of the slots to the customer.
