You can create a link so that your users can access pickAtime via Podium, without the need to log in again.
To create an SSO Link, simply go to the Page Manager menu > Select Links > Choose to create a new link category or add a link to an existing category > Give your link a Description > Instead of adding a URL, select the Authentication radio button > Select PickATime from the drop-down list > Click Save & Exit. (DO NOT CHECK THE OPEN IN A NEW WINDOW BOX.)
You can now add the SSO link to a portal channel or page within Podium. After a user logs into Podium, they can click on the link and access pickAtime without a new username and password.
Be sure to try out the scheduling link by impersonating a parent.
You may also want to review the slots you have set up for your teachers by viewing the Report labeled "Teachers' Schedule". See the Reports section in the Management Guide for instructions on this. This will allow you to easily see if you have made any errors in setting up your slots.
