Resetting Passwords for Individual Contacts       

  • Go into the Contacts section of the Admin UI
  • Search for the contact by name, and then click on the contacts on the left-hand side
  • Then click on the Reset PW button
  • This will reset the password to the default password. The default password is displayed at the bottom of the Global Setup / Contacts Setup page and can be edited by an Administrator. 
  • You will receive a confirmation message when the password has been reset.


Resetting Passwords for All Teachers       

  • Go into the Global Setup / Contacts Setup page
  • At the bottom of the page, there is a Reset PW button
  • Select this button and you will be prompted for an Administrative level

If you would like to reset the password for all your teachers, then select Admin Level: Appointment Viewer from the pull-down. This will reset the password to the password listed in the default password section.
