The pickAtime system needs to know what students take what classes with what teacher. It also needs to know what times the teachers have available on the Parent Teacher night. The Data Format topic describes what format the data should be provided, and the Import topic describes how to import it into the pickAtime system. Once the site goes live, the parents will log in and identify their children, so there is no need for you to tell the system what children belong to what parents.
